A redevelopment that combines history and modernity has transformed a prestigious private home located in the heart of the historic center of Roviano (RM).

Thanks to the use of Sichenia’s Chateaux collection, the flooring of this architectural gem has regained its former glory, keeping intact the charm of the past and introducing state-of-the-art solutions.

The project involved the repaving of the interior spaces, with a focus on aesthetic continuity and durability of materials. Chateaux Taupe, inspired by the elegant natural stone surfaces, proved to be the ideal choice to enhance the authenticity of the rooms without sacrificing the technical performance required by a fine living context. The installation chosen is a Multiformat sizes.

Laying stoneware floors on an existing surface is a practical and versatile solution for renovating spaces without having to remove the old covering. Thanks to careful subfloor preparation techniques and the use of specific adhesive materials, it is possible to guarantee a stable, long-lasting finish with great aesthetic impact.
