Sichenia flies overseas, in Australia and provides materials for a beautiful residential project.
In the coveted location of Noosa Sound (Queensland), in the middle of lush vegetation, the villa offers an amazing view on the waterways and on the national park.
The property was created by the Building Designer Chris Clout. Driven by a passion for progression he wants to create a connection between indoor and outdoor, guaranteeing private well-being.
The connection to the outdoors is made possible through some important elements like large stacking doors (thanks to it is possible to admire nature and have some relax), internal gardens and using a lot of natural stone and timber.
Sichenia supplied 60×60 cm and 60×90 cm surfaces from its Chambord collection in a soft stone effect and the three colours beige (dominant), grey and white for both the floors and the walls.
The Contemporary Tropical House won “House of the year” in 2018 and it is 715 square meters.
