Sichenia presents 1.4, the 14 mm thick porcelain stoneware collection designed to meet the needs of high footfall environments, both commercial and contract. Thanks to its unique combination of superior technical features, 1.4 stands out for its super strength, eco-friendliness and incredible durability.

Advanced Technology and High Performance

Our state-of-the-art production process results in an extremely compact and inert material, which, through compression of the coloured powders with large hydraulic presses and firing at 1250°C, becomes 3 times stronger than conventional 10 mm porcelain stoneware. With a breaking strength of 500 kg (compared to the 200 kg of 10 mm stoneware), 1.4 offers exceptional performance in environments with very high footfall, such as airport entrances, shopping centres, but also for residential use.

Resistance and Versatility for Every Need

Thanks to its extraordinary resistance to wear and abrasion, 1.4 is perfect for floors that require durability, without suffering deformation or damage from temperature changes or frost. In addition, 1.4 is easy to clean and does not retain dirt, a key advantage for high-traffic environments.

With a minimum recycled content of 40%, 1.4 is an environmentally responsible choice. The production process does not release any toxic materials into the air, making this product safe and sustainable.

Thanks to Soft Grip thickened (BRUSHED) nanotechnology, Sichenia 1.4 porcelain stoneware stands out for its non-slip surface, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor, public and private environments. The collection comprises 6 tiles in the 60x60cm x 14mm format. The colours and textures of the tiles have been carefully chosen by the R&D department given the use of the material: high-traffic and non-slip flooring, durable and easy to clean.

Essential, modern, versatile and textural are the four adjectives that characterize Con_crete, designed to meet the multiple technical and stylistic needs of the moment.

Con_cretə finds in the sensual mellowness of color its expressive signature. Matter that gives body to unique and versatile nuances, in combination with other products with different effects. Sichenia presents Progetto S7, a distinctive collection that transfers its decorative energy to environments. Craftsmanship

are accentuated by the special slightly wavy surface and by raised edges that gives back the uniqueness of the handcrafted

Sichenia renews the charm of what, almost thirty years ago, was its beating heart: Pavé Evolution. 94_EVO brings with it the wide chromatic variation of its ancestor, updating the shades and introducing important stylistic and structural innovations.
The creative laboratory of Sichenia, in full harmony with the Italian stylistic trends, has studied a range of nine colors able to satisfy every type of design request.

Me_Tal

The passing of time oxidizes metal surfaces. This chemical reaction is the essence of Me_tal.
Sichenia has found inspiration in this natural phenomenon to design this original and authentic product. Its uniqueness is rooted in the varied colours and the refractive qualities that are distinctive in metals. Intense and distinct tones, enriched with contrasting polychrome shades, are meticulously mastered by the human touch.
Me_tal was designed to be used in different contexts. It can be the dominant element in any space, but at the same time can be considered a crossover as it blends perfectly with all other Sichenia products.
