Dedicated to those who want an elegant and precious wood effect with sensational aesthetic qualities: not only does Sichenia take inspiration from the unique attributes of wood but also from the entire forest where Mother Nature has gracefully combined colours, shapes and textures.
Six colours are the fruit of this research: neutro, miele, cognac and duna featuring more classic tones and bianco and sage for those who dare touch unexplored and unchartered design horizons.
Sichenia presents the new sizes 26.5×180 and 10×120, which were designed in order to enhance the intrigue and charm of any setting.

The passing of time oxidizes metal surfaces. This chemical reaction is the essence of Me_tal.
Sichenia has found inspiration in this natural phenomenon to design this original and authentic product. Its uniqueness is rooted in the varied colours and the refractive qualities that are distinctive in metals. Intense and distinct tones, enriched with contrasting polychrome shades, are meticulously mastered by the human touch.
Me_tal was designed to be used in different contexts. It can be the dominant element in any space, but at the same time can be considered a crossover as it blends perfectly with all other Sichenia products. Its full potential is clearly asserted when mixed with other contemporary products such as stone or concrete.
Thanks to the outstanding technical characteristics of Sichenia porcelain stoneware, Me_tal can be used for floor and wall coverings in all kinds of environments such as lofts, residential and commercial spaces, bars, shops and restaurants.
Five colors – Bianco, Muschio, Sabbia, Grafite, Cenere – and a single shape characterize the porcelain stoneware coverings for exteriors and interiors with a structured surface, which incorporates the nuances and stone-effect textures. Pavé Wall House was designed to dress the indoor residential walls of living areas, fireplaces, showers and columns and offers compositional continuity in all the home’s external vertical solutions.
Shapes and ancient traditions meet a contemporary style in porcelain stoneware cobblestone surfaces that recall the stone-effect in a strong and material structure. Flooring and coverings for indoor and outdoor residential environments are defined with originality by the two shapes and neutral but decided colors: Bianco, Nero, Fumo, Corda, Savana and Mattone.
From the Acropolis to the Louvre, great architecture and art projects have always used marble as an expression of their importance and royalty. The encounter between art and design inspires the designer to recognise in its shapes and colours the material that has shaped beauty over the centuries: marble. Mus_eum can be used for both floor and wall coverings, but it also makes its way on its own or accompanied by other Sichenia collections. The veining, shading and elegant decorations make this project a complete collection offering infinite laying solutions. Available in two finishes, as many dimensional variants and decoration proposals for indoor and outdoor use, Mus_eum is a project with a strong, modern and dynamic character, creating projects with a great aesthetic impact. The Mus_eum collection has three finishes that emphasise the natural beauty of marble and its veining. The ‘Lux’ surface reflects light, enhancing the natural luminosity of rooms. Thanks to the use of nanotechnology in the glaze, the surface is ‘Soft Grip’, soft to the touch but resistant to slipping. Lastly, the ‘Sandblasted Grip’ finish with its muted appearance has high anti-slip properties, making it especially suitable for outdoor and wellness areas. The skilful mix of these surfaces makes it possible to use the material in a variety of contexts, creating an original play of light.

When buying a new house or renovating an old one, we mainly focus on the interiors and tend to give minor importance to balconies, gardens, terraces, yards i.e. the outdoor areas.
The outdoor space is the gateway to any home, and it is therefore a fundamental area where designers, decorators, architects and individuals can express their creativity.
Ceramic tiles are a safe material because they are hypoallergenic, resistant to microbes and suitable in a wide range of situations. Their size does not alter due to changes in temperature, they are resistant to frost and aggressive chemical detergents. They are completely recyclable because they do not contain plastic, and lastly they do not burn.
However, outdoor floors have to fulfill certain requirements that are different from indoor ones. The choice therefore cannot only be aesthetic but must also take into consideration:
The designated use and the local weather conditions.
The outdoor 20mmthick slabs designed by Sichenia, are created specifically to solve the problems related to furbishing outdoor spaces. Aesthetic quality and high technical performance combine to guarantee a lasting and carefree solution.
It is a product that resists to thermal shock and atmospheric agents, it is also waterproof, non-slip, resistant to heavy loads and resistant to mold and stains.
The high thickness allows greater versatility of installation without the use of glue. It becomes the perfect solution for all outdoor environments with earth, gravel or sand bottoms.
With Sichenia’s products it is possible to customize outdoor environments thanks to porcelain stoneware, a material that can recreate wood, stone and concrete effects.
It offers also new possibilities thanks to the different laying methods:
Installation on screed. For surfaces that will be used by vehicles or subject to very high traffic, install the material by bonding it to the cement screed. Leave a tile gap of at least 2 mm and respect expansion joints.
Dry installation on gravel or sand. Can be simply laid directly on the ground or on any flat screed.
Raised installation on screeds. With raised installation on flat screeds, floating floors can be laid on fixed spacing supports, which can be adjusted manually or with a height adjuster. Thanks to the raised supports, floors can be built with gaps at different heights that provide ventilation to the lower layers, thus preventing mold and residual moisture, and enable the flooring system to be installed, maintained and modified with ease.
Laying on grass. Dry laying on grass allows the creation of paths and areas that integrate well both with the surrounding landscaping and a variety of architectural contexts. Used in this way, it is ideal not only for gardens and pathways but also for larger private and public parks and leisure areas.

“Let’s open a new era” is the motto of this Cersaie edition, the same philosophy that Sichenia shows in her new ceramics projects. Those projects are unique and sophisticated, tradition-bound but also innovative and able to offer great technical performance.
Sichenia decides to play with new shapes, fusion of materials, colours and decorations.
Metal is the main material of Me_Tra, the star of the exhibition. The fusion between cement and metal inspires this new ceramic project with peculiar and attractive features. The surfaces are smooth and unique thanks to charming combination between reflection and opacity, they look like polished by atmospheric agents. It can be used in extremely elegant settings, also It can be used in casual location when combined with Me_Tal.
The natural elegance of the stone, relives in St_One: a project with strong personality and flexibility. This year, St_One is enriched with new original shapes, that are differents from what we are used to see. This is a collection for walls and floors, dedicated for both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Its strengths is the perfect combination between modern style, versatility and high performance.
At the same time, Sicenia decide to use the new “Pentagonal” shapes also with Silvis. The wood and its natural shades, are the muse and lend to ceramics beauty and hight performance.
Sichenia wants to join the 2020 with more attention to outdoor settings, in fact Chateaux and St_One have both the multi-format. The 60×90 is the master and with its additional sizes 30×60 and 60×60 makes the ambient more attractive and elegant. This is a complete project but it is easy to deal with because the modul comes pre-assembled.
